ベルーガです。
4月16日は日本にいないので残念ながら漕ぎには参加できませんが、チェリティーには参加します。
地震の時は用務帰国中で日本にいました。震災後、職場からの要請でアメリカ、イギリスの緊急救助隊とともに大船渡、釜石でのレスキュー活動に赴きました。その被害の甚大さと悲惨さは想像を超えるものでした。
カヤッカーがカヤックを通じて支援をすることも意義のあることと賛同します。
たくさんの支援が寄せられ、被災された方々が復興の中で再びカヤックを楽しめるような時が来ることを切に願います。

今日は風が強く海には出れなかったのが残念でしたが、あの日以来の多くの仲間に会えて嬉しかったです。

当日は延べ６０名ものカヤッカーが集まり、寄付金総額は２４１，１２４円にもなりました。

遠くは静岡や千葉からも駆けつけていただき、うれしい限りです。

この浄財は今回は宮古市にふるさと納税という形で、全額ヨットハーバーの復興に使ってもらえるようＳ野さんが連絡をとってくださいました。
送金後受領書が送られてきましたらこの掲示板でもお知らせをさせていただきます。

そしてチャリティー漕ぎは続けていくことが大事だと思っていますので、秋にはまた企画したい思っておりますので、今回参加できなかった方は是非次回の参加をお待ちしております。
